GOAL JOY ("we", "the game") respects your privacy. This policy explains what data we process and why.
1. Data we store
- Local storage (your device): display name, kit color, language preference, a random anonymous player key, XP, and progress. This never leaves your browser except as described below.
- Game profile (our server): tied to your anonymous player key — XP, level, daily-reward streak, missions, referral code, and aggregate stats (goals, wins, matches). No real name, email, or contact details are required.
- Connection metadata: temporary IP-based rate-limiting data, held in memory only and not persisted.
2. Voice chat
In-match voice uses peer-to-peer WebRTC. Audio is streamed directly between teammates and is not recorded or stored by us.
3. Payments
Paid matches and upgrades are processed by PayPal. We never see or store your card details. We only receive a payment confirmation token to unlock the feature.
4. Cookies & tracking
We do not use advertising cookies. Only essential local storage is used to run the game and remember your preferences.
5. Your rights
You can clear all local data by clearing your browser storage. To request deletion of your server profile, contact support via Telegram.
6. Children
The game is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
